Cuttlebone Series

In this series I explore cuttlefish bone as a sculptural material. Its soft, chalky layers reveal themselves gradually as the surface is carved, creating subtle texture and a delicate translucency. I combine traditional metalsmithing techniques with resin and acrylic to highlight these qualities, producing small-scale sculptures and wearable brooches.
